My name is Rafik Moore, I am the chief of everything at Brait Capital, a real estate investment company located in the US.
Here at Brait, which stands for ‘rough diamond’ (no, we don’t sell jewelry), we specialize in spotting the unpolished gems of the property world.
We seek out undervalued opportunities and, through hard work, discipline and meaningful collaboration, and a lot of coffee, we turn them into thriving assets that serve communities and create lasting value.
Our mission? It’s not just about making money (though, let’s be honest, that part is pretty great), it’s about lifting up everyone we work with—from our investors to the guy who brings us those aforementioned coffees.
By focusing on strategic, value-add investments, we not only build the wealth of our investors but also contribute to the prosperity of everyone involved.

Harvest Pack
Each year Brait Capital along with the Caspian Group collaborates with Harvest Pack, a hunger relief nonprofit. Merging networking with purpose, we convened to address food insecurity, one packed meal at a time.
In just a few hours, our teams packed a staggering 12,480 meals, each mindfully prepared to cater to various dietary needs, ensuring they are accessible and enjoyable by all.
Through Harvest Pack’s established network of nonprofit partners, these meals will find their way to food-insecure communities, both locally and globally.
The Protez Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing care for Ukrainians who have suffered limb loss. Their mission is to offer high-quality prosthetics in the U.S. free of charge, focusing on children, civilians, and soldiers, thereby restoring independence and hope.
Brait Capital supported this mission by participating in a charity event. Our involvement included auctions and donations, emphasizing our commitment to social responsibility. This event also enabled us to connect with industry professionals, fostering relationships that go beyond business, united in supporting a significant cause.
